With that memory you wont be able to, thats why I am saying it. And also do you need a quadcore? :) At stock they are considerably slower than most other CPUs for most tasks.

i should be able to get that upto 3ghz on the stock cooler shouldnt i? and what ram you suggest if i wanna take it to atleast 3ghz?

That looks good. The Cooler should come with some thermal paste so no worries.

You got yourself a nice system there, should hit 3.2Ghz no probs! :)
