I haven't add a gpu i will wait until next month for the prices of the new card i don't read good comments about them so i am close to 560ti

One thing, the retail CPU is only £11 more, wether the extra warranty and fancy box is of any use.

Looks Good. If you ever plan of getting another GPU for SLI/Crossfire then you may want a more powerful PSU. Also I would go with RJC's suggestion of getting the retail CPU for peace of mind and possibly greater resale value if that is of any interest to you?
