Asides from my question about what rad to get I'm pretty sure I'm decided on everything else :) is there anything I've missed?

You need a silver kill coil. You may also wish to consider a temp sensor to monitor fluid temps. Have you thought about a drain point, because I don't see any outlet valve or tee piece?

I'm also assuming you have planned your loop to be achievable with no angle firings?

Oh, and fans for your rads?
 
Hmmm some angle fittings might make it a bit neater, I've never had a drain point before so I'll check that out. I've got a temp sensor and fans :)

are you sure he needs a kill coil? just looking at the listing and it says "Ready-to-use coolant: This coolant is a ready-to-use coolant which can be put directly into the cooling loop."

and

correct me if i'm wrong though, I bought some of this and didnt use a kill coil.

Definately consider a drain port, either using a T fitting or a quick disconnect.
