Hi everyone,

I am going to build a computer soon and this is my final choice of components shortlist before I commit to buy. I would be very appreciative if people could look over the components and ensure that they are compatible.

Here are my components

Case-NZXT Gamma Mid-Tower Case - Black
CPU-AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core 240 2.80GHz (Socket AM3) - Retail [ADX245OCGQBOX]
Motherboard-Gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-S2 AMD 760G (Socket AM3) DDR3 Motherboard
RAM-OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) PC3-10666 DDR3 SODIMM (OCZ3M13332GK) [OCZ3M13332GK]
Fan-Akasa AK-274CG-4GNS 120mm Green LED Fan [AK-274CG-4GNS]
HDD-Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 250GB SATA-II 8MB Cache - OEM (ST3250318AS) [ST3250318AS]
Disc drive-Samsung SH-S223B/RSMN 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black/Silver/Biege) - Retail
Sound card-Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 Sound Card - OEM (30SB057000000) [30SB057000000]
PSU-Corsair CX 400W ATX Power Supply (CMPSU-400CXUK) [CMPSU-400CXUK]

so my main questions are will they work with each other and fit in my case and I wont be putting it in now but can anyone suggest a graphics card to add to my PC in about 2 months time that wont break the bank?

Many many thanks in advance,
Knight Djw

Don't think you need a sound card, the onboard is ok.

Depending on graphics card budget, a XFX4850 is good value at £80.

With the money saved from the sound card, you could get the next speed up CPU, or 500Gb harddrive.

Sure you like that case?

With the money saved by not having a sound card, and ditch the green fan.

You can buy the Zalman Z7 for £44.99.
