before i hit buy, could one of your amzing lot just tell me if its all there and i have not forgot somthing?

its gonna be used for some gaming, and some video editing with sony sony vegas

What you've suggested will be compatible, but you're spending more on your memory than you need to (yes - even £0 is too much). And I believe you'll find (it certainly used to be the case) that an intel CPU will perform better for your encoding work

cheers for that, im quite happy paying for that ram as it looks realy good, as for the chip im a AMD fan boy... lol
