Final Cut Pro - Curtains

I've edited and exported a video that I used the curtain opening/closing animation but the exported video (and the video in the timeline) is really janky...seemingly animating at 5 frames per second.

Any way I can smooth this out?

Fixed. I had lengthened the effect too much and it messed it up.
