Holy Crap! Just bought this, It comes with 4 expansions and it's £30

Anyways, Long story short, It fully installs to the hard drive!!:eek:

I officially now need to buy a bigger hard drive if i want to beable to play this game, and download demos still :D

It was 7.7gb before updates, So god knows what it's heading towards now.

As for the game itself, It's still downloading updates so I couldn't tell you how it is on the 360 + Expansions.

Played this on PC years ago, Imported it from USA, it's an awesome awesome MMO, kick's WoW's butt IMO.

Only problem with the game is you can't get anything done without being in a party/group once you get into the level 20+'s

If they brought this out on PS3 I would snap it up tomorrow, although I guess it looks really dated by today's standards.

Wasn't too bad, played it years ago. It's a major grind fest and imo relies on partys too much for everything. Other than that read up on what sub classes to take later on in the game because it is severely throwned upon by most if you 'gimp' yourself. I would have gone back to it, but it appears they wipe your account if you cancel your sub after sometime. :(

Final Fantasy 11 is awful.

Biggest waste of money ever for me, bought it on release.

I'm talking about the PC version btw, which is probably better. (and it's still bad)

Still Play FF11 Today Class game but as most people say, it relies on Partys a Bit to much

An thats coming from a Bst the only Job that is Soloable to Lv 75

This is an MMORPG...consoles cannot compare to PC for this genre.

I disagree to be honest, I did play this game for a while on PC, The 360 pad + Messenger kit has made me much prefer Final Fantasy 11 on 360. Graphically the games are identical.

Console MMORPGs can compare to PC MMORPGs. With no trouble atall, Only way they cant compete is when the control system relies heavily on a mouse keyboard interface. eg WOW.

Actually you are very wrong in this instance.
FFXI was designed for consoles, which caused a lot of complaints from PC users regarding the controls. Because the game was designed with a controller and keyboard in mind. The controls on the PC where very cumbersome.

I had it on the PC and it is a total grindfest. If you are not into MMO's you may struggle with it. I played it for about 6 months with people i knew and i got bored with a lot of grinding.

Hope you enjoy it though :)

I enjoy seeing Age of Conan on Xbox 360, considering the PC version is a 30Gb installation.

Designed for consoles or not MMO's are still best on PC and yes I'm talking about the genre overall.

That would be why i said in this instance ;)

Old game, way past it's golden days - hampered by Squeenix's heavyhanded approach to gilsellers and gilbuyers.

The game is centered around grind, you grind levels, you grind mobs to get cash to buy armor so you can grind levels, you grind mobs to get cash to buy armor so you can grind levels so you can grind more mobs.

Questing is pretty much non-existant/pointless, and you'll struggle to find a decent LS (guild) these days if you're not at the upper echelons. And even then, expect a lonely game as you struggle to find parties.

Having said that, it was my first true MMO and I will always have a special place for it, it is worth playing - but it is a long way from where MMOs have developed today - you'll have to approach it with a more open attitude - things are less...given. You have to find out a lot of things for yourself.

Used to play it on PC, never could understand the PS2 players or how they could play it - but that's personal preference. It's made for PS2 and it shows in places. Job system is alright - pita, but alright.
