Out in 4 days just preordered with the official walkthrough aswell :)

Cant wait to play it reminds me of the old series for obvious reasons :p ;)

Anyone else getting it.

Had it for months

i find it really good... but i aint touched it in alittle bit.. im on a part where i have to grind up a few levels to take on the next bit really.. and i cba just yet
will do soon tho :)

you will enjoy :D

Like the others I got it months ago. Great game. It doesn't have the same level of story development FF4+ have, but the game play is great.

I'm really excited for this now! Going to be great, I can tell. This, and pokemon, then we have FFXII on the DS to look forward too, and a CC game aswell.. AMAZING!

I'm a big fan of the Final Fantasy games and have wanted this for ages. However, I doubt I'd get round to playing it for the next few months as Pokemon Diamond is getting all my attention. I've even stopped playing Hotel Dusk and I was really getting in to it before Pokemon Diamond showed up last week.

The problem with FF3 i found was that its not very pick up and play, i can't play it on the tube during my commute as some dungeons can take over an hour.

Because of that i kind of lost interest, although i really do want to get it going again and complete it.

Hmm, is pokemon even fun for adults too? :P FF3 looks awesome though, my fiancée has a DS and just bought animal crossing, but so far all ive been playing is brain training, and starwars lethal alliance + episode 3. Quite fancy an RPG and FF3 looks good, as does the new Zelda coming soon!

I know what you mean, I play it on my commute too- when I swap the train for the bus though, I just shut the lid. I don't bother saving sometimes for a few days (depending on the size of the dungeon!), just keep it on 'standby'.

The standby setting on the ds is great, allows you to pick up and play most games when you can, and stops you from having to get to sections that you can save at :D

i ordered mine off ebay 2 weeks ago....still havent heard a thing was hoping to get it b4 it came out here but losing faith

To me, playing a game is overcoming the challenges it sets you. By playing through with the offical walkthrough guide surely you're effectively saying that you don't want anything in the way of a challenge and are only interested in completing the game any way possible. It just seems pointless to me :)

me and my grandad collect all the final fantasy games and the official books :) Thats the only games where i buy the books it makes it fun to learn all the stuff and what the next boss is, each to there own though :)

I only use my DS for the commute into work.

I'd quite like a game with some depth that I can get lost in for a while, but Id heard that saving wasnt easy in FF3.

I find whenever I just shut the lid, that the battery always runs out. Maybe Im not charging my DS up enough?
