Final Fantasy 7 for pc

The reason i want it for pc is cause my grandad is always on it, infact while im typing hes playing it now. Hes currently on disk1 at fort condor, but anyway if i got it ill be playing it all the time.
Ive downloaded the demo although it only let me do some battles i found the controls fine except i couldnt figure out the cancel button. But you can change the controls in the proper game so no worries.

Ive just ordered final fantasy 7 along with the official startegy guide. Ive completed it so many times i dont need a strategy guide i just like having the book like i got for all the other final fantsy series, im a collector 
Anyway when i do get the game and cant get on with the controls what controller off overclockers would you recommend, it must work with ff7 and plz choose one similiar to a playstation controller.

I must add tho FF7 on the pc was horrid compared to the PS version.
why dont you install the drivers?

cheers ive downloaded the v1.02 patch and also the chocobo patch just in case. I was wondering if you must put the patches on before you start a new game or can i play through the game then put the patches on when i encounter a serious problem or will that delete my saved game
