Looks like hell just froze over, arguably one of the most anticipated remakes in video game history is finally going to happen.

The question is, will it come to PC sooner rather than later?
 
Depending how it's handled id consider getting a ps4 for it (along with the handful other exclusives) however I fear that they will screw it up and change some of it for the worse.
 
Probably the only game ive bothered to play through more than once, even now I have it on my psp at work..

Put it on the ever growing list of E3 games I want!:D:D
 
I hope it is identical in game play to original just with updated graphics i will be happy if they mess around with it then ill just stick with old version me and friend fire it up annually when he visits a lot of very late nights when it first came out just trying to see where the story went
 
For god sake. This is the one game I said I would buy another console for.

I got goosebumps when I heard that tune at the end; my favorite game of all time. I still have my jewel-cased original with memory card.
 
Wait, I went to bed at that conference, is it seriously coming?

Just watched the vid, excitement can't be contained, but it states at the end play it first on Ps4, nothing is mentioned about it being an exclusive, so hope for us PC players, but I don't expect to see this out anytime soon.

Bound to be multiplat, no word on exclusive it just says play it first on PS4.

I know the title says "Remake" but if you listen to the trailer it kinda sounds like a sequel

Ignoring the fact that the trailer itself has the FF7 meteor and then the word remake after it :p.

I can see how the wording made it sound like a sequel.

From memory, the reunion is something that happens in the original game though (trying to avoid spoilers for the one person in the world that hasn't already played this :p).
