Final Fantasy XI- Did you play it?

that game sucked away my life >.> also I hated the leveling system having to party to level kinda blowed.
Hated the sitting there for 3 hours on sam to get a party and everytime i look no way to make a party with the jobs available.
Then theres the ridiculously hard end game like for example AV and PW. Think some shell beat PW but still no single shell defeating AV without doing the glitch that was fixed.
Then theres HNM camping -.-;; so many bots it was unreal.
However I loved the COP and Zilart missions. I loved being able to switch jobs on one character, and the amount of jobs were amazing compared to the likes of wow.
Then theres gil -.- so hard to make gil on a regular basis and the prices of things got to the point where it would take months of gil farming to get one piece of armor cause of greedy crafters who charge 2000% the price of the mats.
I hope FFIV answers to some of the flaws but i think its just gonna be FFXI just better graphics and just added content and the fact they are copying and pasting the races just makes my theory more likely.

they need to sort out the party system in 14 it was fail. No one should have to sit for anything more than an hr to wait to level. I think that was the biggest flaw in FF11.
Not to mention thats what killed most of there subscriptions. Of course there is nothing they can do about it, as thats there engine, would require a lot of man power and months and months of coding to change it. Just hope they learn there lesson in 14.
Atm i have been playing the aion beta and that is a really cool game, coming out retail in september.
