Looks pretty good, if ur not looking at sli in the near future u could get away with a cheaper psu and save a bit of cash.
Infact This would be plenty even for sli and save u £35.

Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - Retail with FREE TrackMania 2 Canyon PC Game £173.99. This is all you need for gaming. The i7-2600K offers no extra gaming performance.

Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £154.98. This will do you fine unless you need/want the NF200 chip.

OCZ Z-Series 850W '80 Plus Gold' Modular Power Supply £89.99. Enough even for SLI'd GTX 580's.

Cheapest 1600MHz RAM when you order ~ £50. That's all you need.


That's about £250 saved.
