Assuming you're only going for one GPU, I would only change the PSU for a modular one. That said, I don't know much about i7 mobos...

Yea, I subtracted the price of one GPU, mistake I took 2 on the photo.
You really think it will be a problem with a non modular one? I guess I'm going to use most of the cables anyway?
