Hi mate, nice spec - should all work great together.
What is your primary use for it going to be?
If its CPU intensive stuff and light gaming then you are spot on and feel free to ignore everything below.
If you want it mainly for gaming, i'd suggest dropping the CPU down to an AMD Phenom II 955 X4, this board and this RAM. Then upgrade the PSU and GPU to these. Should be a similar price, but play games much better.
Antec 902 is a similar price, with similar cooling BUT with dust filters the HAF does not have them unless you want to make your from the wifes tights.
I saw the OCZ Modxstream 600 watt PSU for £57.99 on this week only, that is a pretty good unit that supplies more power for you and is modular to(In my other PC).
The Akasa Nero is ten pounds cheaper and it is just as good as the Titan without the requirement to fix it to your motherboard with a backplate (I have one.).
The money saved on the cooler could go towards 1TB Samsung F1 Spinpoint, a great hard drive.
Thanks to everyone for theire comments... yes i will be mainly video editing and photoshopping on the pc and maybe play the odd game... Also can some clarify that the OCZ Modxstream 600 PSU will be a better choice than the 550W Corsair..

I have heard several people say that the OCZ PSU's aren't very good.. though I personally have no experience with them...
Corsair and Be Quiet PSU's get recommended around here quite a lot, I personally have the 850w Be Quiet, and it is a really nice power supply, all cables are modular except the 24pin ATX cable, which means no more tucking unused cables away behind the mobo tray!!!
