Final(ish) check

Pure gaming PC. Used for nothing else, not even internet browsing or other media.

I have 3 hard drives and a DVD R/RW I'm using again. Also have all the peripherals.

I'm planning on upgrading the graphics power with another 5850 when they come down in price and XF the system. Is that motherboard going to like 5850's in XF? Is the PSU up to the task? Anything else you guys would change? Is that board ok for the x6 Turban's that's coming out?

The motherboard does proper crossfire, it will give both slots 8pci lanes each, so that's a good choice.

if you drop one CPU step down to the 955CPU, you can afford the Titan Fenrir cooler, its the best in its price range.

The Geil Value ram on special offer at the same price has lower timings, C7, which the AMD memory controller prefers.

Now cases are totally personal.

But, look the newer coolermaster CM690MKII or Lancool Dragonlord.

dragon lord k62, excellent build quality, all black interior, nice big window
take a look you might like it more than the haff. i got the 922 at first as well then changed it a few months later

Very cool build. One of that quality needs a quality cooler to look after it in my opinion.
