Final Opinions before order.......

Hi all,

About to order this, what do you think? I want a nice simple build which will have a good gaming performance. I guess the powersupply has enough power as OCUK sell a similar system with the card in the Asus vintage.

Personally I would change the 7900GS to an X1950.

just 1 36gb HDD? or have you already got another?

Sorry yes I have a Sata drive I can add for extra storage.. Would the X1950 add much more strain to the power supply than the 7900gs ?

I'd be inclined to say that powering the X1950 wont cause much more of a power drain. It'll most likely be fine

I'd also be inclined to get XP Pro edition rather than vista aswell, but thats just me

Personally wouldnt spend that on a raptor, the AAKS or .10 (larger disks like 500gib) can keep up with it

A western digital AAKS driver (500GB) is the same price as that 36GB drive and only a tiny bit slower.
