I'll be using an E6600 processor and GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 RAM :) I was wondering which would be the better motherboard to use? I won't be overclocking right away but want to keep that option open when the processor gets a bit dated. Also which is the most futureproof, eg the next gen of processors? Any help will be great :)

Either, they're both pretty much the same. I've had a P5B Deluxe for a few months, now it needs to be RMA'd so I'm getting a DS4. I don't expect there to be much difference in overclocking, and they've got pretty much the same featureset, and both will support Core 2 Quad processors (no news on 45nm chip support yet).

The Asus P5B Deluxe is superb.

I've always liked the BIOS layout from Asus. It's a superb board and mine has hit way past 500+ fsb.

You can't go wrong with it. It is the best 965 chipset board around :)
