ok firstly thanks guys for helping me to decide on my components for my budget upgrade.
I just want to get a final sanity check before I buy to make sure this kit will work ok for playing skyrim and other newer games...

I already have a case, memory and a hard disk.

only thing im missing is dvd/cd to install operating system from.

I do have a powered usb dvd drive. I'm pretty sure I should be able to build from that.
