Hi - Sorry to but in...

I am newbie here.. but am am looking to possibly buy a machine for my son.

I notice you have gone i3 processor. Is that sufficient?

Or is the CPU not as key for gaming as for other PC uses?
Or is that budget driven?

Is gaming all about cooling, graphics and RAM? And less about CPU?

Or am I over simplifying?

Cheers

i5 would be better but looking at the benchmarking not by enough to make me spend the extra.

The differance between games like GTA 5 were single figures in terms of FPS differances. I can't post the benchmark link as it also sells cards but if you google i3 Vs i5 for gaming there will be a few you can compare and decide yourself what you need.

Still be good to get a guidance on the differant branded graphic cards if anyone has the time?

Thanks

moleh
