Final Spec Check - One Query

Right, thinking of getting this. Will be getting a better graphics card in the future, for the present time i'll be using my current X800 XL so don't need one.

Only questions i have is :

Is this spec ok, and if i'm not going to overclock the CPU do i really need the Tuniq tower?

Looks fine to me and no you dont need the CPU cooler if your not going to be doing any overclocking, the stock onne will be fine.

stickroad is correct although I'd note that if you aren't going to overclock then the Ram is additionally overkill. PC5300/5400 would be fine.

all looks good, you probably wouldnt need the tuniq tower, though it may be quiter if thats important to you, best just sticking with stock and then upgrading if it seems too loud.

this ram seems to be a popular choice for a 4gb set.

Either way it wont make much diffrence, just saves you some cash.

Id go dual 2gb rather than 4x1gb if i were you though, leaving you more potential to upgrade to more ram in the future (64bit can have up too 128gb of ram).

Also, is it worth getting 64bit over 32bit. I had heard that there were more driver issues in 64?

agreed, and newer games are wanting 4gb with vista so this way when they want more u can have 8gb without selling some

64 all the way, it needs 2gb minimun and 4gb for games and 32bit doesnt support 4gb of ram so it only gives you one real choice

Yeh, 64bit's the future, supports getting better and better for it too.
