Final Spec check, ordering this week.

On the new p45 to i need to update bios or will they be all right?

Anti-static bit worried bout?

can i just wear rubber latex gloves?

Will be building it on a tiled floor on a table
 
biostar usually provide their latest bios, but a quick check won't harm. Hold a radiotor for a few seconds for de-static, And as long as your table isn't made of magnetized or electrically charged metal, you'll be fine. Built ten beauties and never worried about static myself.
 
I've not heard of anyone frying anything with static in the last few years. Either everyone has gotten used to not rubbing themself in a towel then building it on a carpet, or the chips are a bit more rugged then they used to be.
 
Nice PSU, one of my mates is very pleased with the 500W version of that. Main thing I'd want to check is how well the cooler stands up to overclocking,

Static hasn't killed anything of mine yet, even when just learning, and the only precaution I take is to not wear a jumper
