I hope to overclock this a bit is this combo good enough? Any other suggestions within a £450 budget.
 
Any particular reason for the DS4? You don't appear to want Crossfire so I might pick the DS3R which is cheaper and supports DDR2 + DDR3.

I'd change the CPU to the 4300 as it has more cache and overclocks nicely as well. :)

Changed motherboard. Is this a better base to ugrade later in the year from?
 
I've just bought a Antec NSK6500, new DVD writer,floppy and Vista.

Need the rest to complete my new computer. Hopefully much better than the one in my sig.

After this a new monitor, keyboard amd mouse.
