Will be ordering my new system on weds/thursday so just wanted to post what I'm planning on buying so that some much more intelligent people than myself can check that everything is going to be compatible :D

I don't need an OS, keyboard or mouse hence why I haven't included them in my build, could go up to £1300 if it is a worthy cause,

This is what I have come up with so far,

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 570 OC Twin FrozR III Power Edition 1280MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card **Supplied with FREE Batman: Arkham City PC game**

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - Retail with FREE TrackMania 2 Canyon PC Game

MOBO: Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Arctic White 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit

PSU: OCZ Z-Series 850W '80 Plus Gold' Modular Power Supply

Case: Corsair Obsidian 650D Gaming Midi Tower - Black

SSD: Crucial RealSSD M4 64GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive

CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler (Socket LGA1366/1155/1156/775/AM2/AM3)

Optical Drive: Samsung SH-S222AL/RSMS 22x DVD±RW SATA Lightscribe ReWriter (Beige/Black/Silver) - Retail

Monitor: Dell Ultrasharp U2211H 21.5" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Midnight Grey

Total: £1,239.80

Thanks for taking the time to have a read through and I appreciate any words of advice, tweaks and reassurances that this should all play nicely together :)

any reason you haven't gone for a 24" monitor, if your getting the 570 ?

as mentioned unless your looking to sli the 570 you could get away with a 650w psu.

Haven't gone for a 24" monitor due to it needing to fit on my desk with all my other work as well and 21 is plenty for my computing needs as i've got a 46" for normal tv and what not,

I'm most likely going to SLI the 570 down the line since that is where I would look to upgrade next so the 850W plus gold seems like a good investment for when I beef up my system,

Yeah it's either get a larger SSD or a HDD since i don't have huge amount's of GB's of stuff to store so a larger SSD would suffice I think.....
