Also 580w Tagan EasyCon - TG580-U15 - 2Force Silent Modular PSU instead of the Hiper Type R, or should i stick with the Hiper?

Is that all fine and dandy? Im probabilly going to order it on Thursay and then its time to get my hands nice and dirty. Also do i need an anti static wrist band when im building?
