Final Spec Check

Looking at upgrading soon and have a final spec but would like your opinion before I go and spend a lot of cash.

My Current Rig:
Opty 146 @ 2.8ghz
DFI Lanparty SLI-DR
Nvidia 7800gtx 256mb
Corsair Value Select PC3200 @ 256mhz

New Rig:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300
Asus P5B Deluxe 965 Socket 775 Motherboard
XFX GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB DDR3 PCI-E Dual DVI
Geil® Ultra DDR2 2.0GB PC6400 Dual Channel Kit (2 x 1GB) 800MHz (4-4-4-12) with Aluminium heat spreader

Also looking for water blocks for the cpu and graphics cards, any recommendations.

Will the performance jump be worth it, I play a lot of battlefield 2, css, pro evo 6, hl2 and hoping to play all the upcoming games of 2007. Does now seem the right time to upgrade or is there anything I should wait for before upgrading.

Looks good. OcUK has Dander Den water blocks for G80 series.

Anyone else ???

Another thing to note is that I will using my current Hiper 580W Modular to power it, will it do the job ok as its been 100% stable in my current rig for nearly 18 months now.

Although personally I prefer the Gigabyte boards, but that's up to you.
