Final Spec check.

Well...

I have finally decided on my new components, It was defiantly easier 2 years ago when i built the pc

.

I have decided to get these:

Core 2 duo 6400
2gb of Crucial Ballistix 5300 (the ones with the micron chips - i hope)
Gigabyte Ds3p 3.3 (if this is indeed the one that ocuk stocks)

Is this a good setup or is there any compatibility problems that i should be aware of.

Bundles are not cheaper, they are only sold to avoid compatibility issues.

Since I've been using this Ram list quite a bit today why stop now?

It seems that the Ballistix are or were using Micron D9 chips but from the list it is slightly unclear if they still are.

Otherwise it looks fine.

I never noticed the bundle, is the corsair any good?

I will be using my:

Enermax 485w psu
Connect3d x1950xt - (until my tax rebate comes through and then 8800 gts 640)
