Sos, about another thread, but ill be ordering hopefully this weekend so just want an extra confirmation on my spec. As again, not overclocking, just need a decent system for general use. Not much of a gamer either. Hows this. I have vista ultimate

If it were me and I wasn't much of a gamer then the gfx could be changed for the OCuk 8600GT or 7600GT and save £30-40.
IMO no need to get a board that will take DDR3 now (when DDR3 is cheap then there will be better chipsets and different sockets); get the Abit IP35-E or if you need firewire the Asus P5K SE and save £20-30.
If your not OCing then Ballistix PC5300 RAM will be enough.
Spend a bit more and get a 320Gb SATA II with 16mb cache WDs are quite good
With the money you have saved go for a E6750 CPU.
