After the advice from other threads, i have taken onboard what people have said and would like you to double check it will all go together without any problems!

Thanks again heres the spec

Intel Core 2 Duo E2180 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.00GHz (800FSB) - Retail
Sony NEC Optiarc DDU1615S 16x SATA DVD-ROM (Black) - OEM
Akasa AK-ZEN-01-BK Zen Black Case - No PSU
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit
Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 & DDR3 Motherboard
PNY GeForce 8800 GT 512MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail
Western Digital RAID Edition 320GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (WD3200YS)
Antec NeoHE 550W Modular ATX2.0 PSU

I was going to originall get the Corsair 520 but its out of stock and the Antec NeoHE 550w has some good reviews so i went for that, will it be fine? and also the motherboard has DDR2+DDr3 capability so that means there are two DDR2 slots and 2 DDR3 slots or can i put the ram in either?

Thanks!

There are 4x DDR2 slots and 2x DDR3 slots on that motherboard if memory serves, you can't swap between the slots but the manual will have them clearly labelled even assuming it isn't obvious on the motherboard itself.

The PSU is fine.

I wouldn't pick the WD RE2 over the WD AAKS series drives, simply because they are more expensive and do not perform any better. They are designed to be run in Raid arrays as the name suggests so they are supposed to be more reliable but most drives have lifespans (MTBF technically) into the hundred thousands of hours anyway so the point is somewhat moot. :)
