I'd say looks really good although depending on your monitor and resolution drop the motherboard to the UD3R and try and up the graphic to a 4870 perhaps

All looks good, but whats your max budget? If youve got a little wiggle room theres some things that can be improved
Change the RAM to this, faster and cheaper (its made in Ireland, lol)

Ok i have changed the Ram... I think i will stick with the p6t and 4850 since im not gaming... my main purpose for the pc will be video editiing, photoshopping and watching hd content.

nah if youre not really into gaming looks good
small things would be, the titan cooler is excellent performance wise but noisey, so if you want quiet go with the noctua and if you want you could go for a modular PSU for better cable management, theyre the only 2 small things can pick up on really
