Final Spec Check

This will be my first PC build and im right on the verge of ordering the parts but i thought i would get the speck looked over just to make sure i havent made any nooby mistakes.

this is the speck i chose after a couple of weeks of research, ive heard a lot of good things about this mobo(dispite a few poor reviews on ocuk). realy i just need to know there arnt going to be any unforseen compatability issues, apart from that im pretty much decided. if you think i could significantly improve somthing for a small extra cost shout. Thanks in advance.

thanks for responces, i will defo go for th cucore gfx card and i might go for the usb3 mobo but that doesnt bother me so much.

would it be worth upgrading to 1600MHz ram

wow thanks for all the great replies, im defo going to got the improved PSU and faster ram along with the cu core gfx card, why is the gigabyte mobo an improvement?

will the 500w suply definatly be enough even if i want to xfire another gfx card in the future? and one final question, which of these is the better mobo ignoring the price difference?
