Just wanted a final check just to make sure that all my components will fit and work together perfectly fine, and that I've got everything that I need for my first build before I buy.

Intel Core i5-2500K & Asus P8P67 Intel P67 Motherboard Bundle
Asus GeForce GTX 480 1536MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card with Far Cry 2
XFX Pro 650W Core Edition Power Supply
Zalman Z9 Plus Tower Case With Fan Cooler
Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache
OcUK 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black)
OCZ Special OPS 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
TP-Link 300Mbps Wireless-N PCI Adapter
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

(Already have monitor, keyboard and mouse)

Thanks.

Just been recommended to switch the Ram to this: OCZ Special OPS 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit.

Updated in OP.

Its good, but only if you don't want to SLI in the future - if you do you'll need a new motherboard :p

Yep will def. post some pics when done (and also during if I get stuck ha).

Yeah I was in between on which motherboard to get but as this was in a bundle and I wasn't going to be using SLI certainly not in the next year then thought might as well grab the bundle while it's there and save a bit of money for now.

The PSU will be fine for it ye?

Heard that it has good reviews from people here, just I know the 480 is pretty power hungry on top of the rest of the stuff.

Psu should be fine, when I had mine I run Furmark and prime 95 on my overclocked i7 and this pulled 615w from the mains, with SB you be lower :)
Also running Furmark will stress the GPU a lot higher than any game probably will.

Ditch the TP link thing, sucks.

I tried one and couldn't get it to connect to my sisters BT homehub using Win7

OK then, someone else mentioned it wasn't the best too so I'll get rid of that, thanks.

So just to be sure (yes, I'm a major worrier) everything I need to get up and running is in that list at the top (apart from monitor, keyboard and mouse) and it all fits together yeah.?

Sorry to be a pain but really cannot afford to mess this up ha.

everything is there, cables, heatsink with thermal paste, etc.

just bring a screwdriver to the party.

:) toolbox at the ready!

The only other wireless card that's there is the OcUK Value 300Mbps one. Most reviews seem good. Router is right beneath where the pc will go so shouldn't have signal strength issues. So grab this one instead?

Order placed :)

Thanks for all you help all, very much appreciated!

Will get some pics up when building. (Apparently on the Confirmed Order page it said delivery on the 2nd which would be pretty damn speedy service but I'm expecting Thurs 3rd.)
