i just dislike them, althought at the min it seems that intel are better than amd??

Yeah i looked at it actualy, is it a good decent quiet power supply?

What are the pcs being used for? I presume your making two of them. And youd be a fool to not go intel baised on some random reason for not liking intel.

Also yes the corsairs are quiet and one of the best makes around, second to seasonic :p

woops, sorry, didnt mean to put x2 at the case...no, only making on PC. Ok i think i will go for the corsair PSU...what wattage?

Unless there's a real reason for going AMD such as it'll run something that you're going to be doing better then definitely have a read on what Intel can offer and I'm not just saying that as a fan of 1 or the other as I grew up on the infamous KT266 chipset :D

Firstly, the 6400 Black edition doesn't come with a heatsink & fan, so you would have to add one of those seperately. But if you won't be overclocking, the normal version of the 6400 is preferable because it includes a (very good) heatsink & fan in the price.
If you are going to be overclocking, you really should get an intel. If you're not, the 6400 performs about the same as a similarly priced intel chip.
It's my opinion that almost no-one needs a motherboard costing more than £70, if you don't need the (often useless) extra features & don't overclock to extreme levels there really is no earthly reason to buy these stupidly priced motherboards. Anecdotally, it seems to me that people suffer more glitches, stability & compatability problems with the high end boards anyway.
I hope this is helpful, I've been fairly opinionated, so do please seek 2nd opinions.

I thought the Corsairs were made by seasonic anyway?

Yeah a lot of people say that but there are differences. It has a lot more amps it can supply. I beleive its voltage regulation is a bit better under strain and its genenraly made of higher quality parts i beleive and has twin fans to keep it nice and cool.

when bmw owned mini, their minis wernt as fast as their M5s... or m3s, i cant remember when the M5 came out lol.
