I use that motherboard and it seems to be good. I dont know much if any about overclocking, so may it's possible to do this with overclocking, but the motherboard run ram at 1333mhz speed and the ram you picked is 1600mhz. Again maybe you can make the board run at 1600mhz with overclocking? I do not know.

I use the silverstone SG07 case which is fairly small, supports a full size gfx card and 3 hard drives (1 3.5" and 2 2.5") and a slimline optical drive. The case comes with 600W PSU as well, also to me it seems to be a nice quiet running case.

If you dont need room for a graphics card you could use something from the Antec- ISK case range http://www.antec.com/Believe_it/product.php?Family=Mjk0

I know you say you will use internal GPU, but honestly you could buy a cheap GPU for near to nothing and it will do you better justice then the internal GPU.
