I'd say go for the P5W DH Deluxe in preference to the P5B as the P5W is based on the 975 chipset and if that is going to push you over-budget then go for the Arctic Freezer 7 instead of the Zalman but other than that it looks good.

I can't quite remember but I seem to recall you already have a case? If not you will need to get one.
