I would appreciate any advice on last minute adjustments or whether anything will not work with another component!

Uses will be gaming with dual monitor (second monitor is an old Dell 22" - to be upgraded at a later date along with a second graphics card).

The M4 has been superseded by better drives now.

Also max IOPS (input/output operations per second) also makes a crucial difference in SSD performance, the Samsung does this very well.

Ok, thanks Stulid. I will go with the Samsung then!

Edit - I have just moved into a new house and my powerline adaptors have decided to pack in. Is it best to just get a good USB adapator?

I don't think so Stulid and I suspect it is the wiring in the house rather than the adaptors as they were fine before the move.

triggerthat - I have no idea but reviews seem to be good. I was torn between the 27" and a 24" with better res.

Right I have updated my build to include a sound card and headphones (old couple next door so cant go blaring out surround sound!).

Would people recommend I go for a 24" screen with higher res, such as:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-052-DE&groupid=17&catid=510&subcat=

The resolutions are the same. But the Dell has an aspect ration of 16:10, where as most monitors are 16:9.
Monitors with higher resolutions are generally more expensive.
