Final Speck Check Please

I am FINALLY finalising my new build, with hopes to buying it at the end of the week! (:D)

Anway, I already have;
- 400GB SATA HDD
- ATI 3870XT
- Random Sound Card (Does what I need it to)
- 19" Screen
- Case + Fans and all the rest

This is what I plan to build it all into;

Is there anything here that won't work? I plan to install OS + programs on the 160GB drive, and use the 400 for pure storage.
If anyone can save me some money on any of the parts then that would be lovely, but I don't have any extra cash to go over what it costs so far.
 
you could save money by getting the e2160, however it has a lower multiplier therefore a higher FSB is needed to attain the same speed as the e2200 would when overclocking. both should allow you to get at least 3GHz out of the chip.
 
I'd swop the RAM for the OCZ XTC Plat. PC6400 @ £28

The AC7 for the Coolermaster TX 2 @ £8.21

And if you were never going to use 4 sticks of RAM the GA-P31-DS3L @ £52

I can vouch for all the above as I own them all.
 
I was going with the mobo I had becuase of the P35 chipset, but I know next to nothing about these really. What's the difference between P35 and P31?
