Looks good, though you could save quite a bit of money by getting this PSU:

Nearly 100 pounds saved right their.

I would also change that CPU cooler to this, since socket 775 isnt listed compatibility wise with the cooler you have chosen.

And as Billy said their no need for the Ultra just go for a GTX.

An 8800 Ultra is a waste of money. it's only a tiny bit faster than the GTX and costs considerably more. 30 seconds worth of overclocking makes up for the difference and then some.

thx guys, I was looking into getting a gd sound card but i dont hav any digital sound system i only hava sound system tht has input for xbox 360 etc does this matter ?

Thank you, up too early this morning and my brain has started shutting down already.

rome87 when you say input for Xbox 360 what outputs does that use? Onboard sound is pretty decent and you can probably get adapters if necessary for different connectors.

the xbox 360 output uses 3 little cables yellow for video dont need red and white for either right or left speaker.

Would this make a worthy change from a ultra Gpu ?

The 360 would looks really really nasty running component on such a high-res screen. You want to use VGA at least.

That GPU would definitely do the trick.
