Ok really noob questions are:

Also does that boards panel have an Ethernet cable port? (guessing that's where it comes from?)

Is a OCZ StealthXStream 500w enough to power:

Yes it will support that RAM, and yes, it has Gigabit Ethernet on the rear I/O panel.

And yes, that PSU will cope with that build.

One last question, will i need extra fan/coolers? Case has x2 120mm already in.

Assuming the CPU is a retail, boxed item, then no, you're all set.

More fans if the case can take them, and aftermarket CPU cooler is always a bonus, but not required.
