Total £989

Now I am ready in the next week to pick these items up, but before I do that I am putting it to the OC community to give me their opinion on this build..

Change the PSU to a Superflower 550W 80+ Gold, much better PSU.
Change the SSD to a Crucial MX100, kingston speeds aren't to be trusted.
Change the HDD to a WD Blue/black or Toshiba/Seagate 1TB. Green's are quite slow.

Maybe grab the i5 motherboard & CPU bundle to save £18.

Done! saved me £20. I chose the £248 bundle, as there isn't much between the two boards in the two bundles.
