Finalizing my build - Need some minor Help

Hello Everyone,

After some tinkering i came up with the build below:

Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz
Asus GeForce GTX 460 1024MB
Asus P8P67-M PRO Intel P67 microATX B3 REVISION
Corsair Dominator 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3
OCZ StealthXStream 2 500W Power Supply

I'll buy the case locally and I'll be keeping my old 1TB HDD

Is it good to run most games that will come out this year? This is the second time i building a PC so I'm really not an expert. Any tips or suggestions are welcome

I'm mostly worried about the 500w PSU that might be a little low, Also my current rig is:

Core2Quad Q6600
6gb ram
9800gt
