Finally a affordable 37" 1080p lcd screen

Sounds very promising, one to keep an eye on for sure - not sure they would deliver to a 3rd floor flat though hahaahaha)

(edit - was thinking it was rear pro and not lcd but will still way an absolute ton)

RPTVs weigh MUCH less than CRT, as do plasma/LCD .

I have a 42" RearPro set from a few years ago, and I certainly wouldnt like to try lifting it upstairs - as much for the fragility of the lenses as the wight of the beast!!!! Admitedly probably a lot less than CRT though

The Tosh I have isn't heavy at all. Maybe I'm freakishly strong, but I very much doubt it :)

I'm sure I read that the firm BenQ had one at a good price out in europe and people were just waiting for it to come to these shores

BenQ does have a 37" lcd tv out but its resolution is 1080i the Amoi 37" lcd is 1080p.
