I've been looking for one of these for ages.

A dash "shine" that stays matt, and simply restors the colour into the dash and doesn't make it shiny, producing dazzling glare when the suns out.

Mine looks a lot like the left hand side of that, faded slightly and quite mucky, even though it is cleaned regularly!

Its called Plastic & Vinyl Sheild, and at a fiver, comes in around the same prices as AG and Megs products!

Phil :)

I use some cheapo wipes which cost about £1. They are shiny but after about 30mins (drying) they are not shiny and look like the right hand pic above. I never use them on the steering wheel or anything though as at the end of the day all these sorts of things are polishes and will make surfaces slippy.

I've got Leather wipes for the steering wheel, they literally take off the film of crap thats left behind (same on seats too) but they are not suitable for dash plastics etc.

I have used Armor All wipes before on the dash which you can buy to dry in a matte or shiney finish, they seemed to work quite well as well, keen to try this new one out as i'm assuming its applied like a cream.

You seen the dashboards on rally cars? Thats flocking.

/edit - a flocked steering cowling...
