It's the silliness and stupidity of this game everyone craves with Duke's ridiculously over the top tag lines. I did read somewhere that it is likely to see a 2008 release

im sure i was around 12/13 when playing duke nukem 3d im now 30!!! and the game hasnt surfaced lol.

Will be to old to play it when it comes out the reactions would have slowed down and the zimmer frame may hamper things abit
