Finally building my HTPC

I bought a Coolermaster Cavalier 4 case a few years ago with the intention of moving from desktop to HTPC but never got around to it.

Now I have the money I intend to complete the project but the case has a propriety 350W psu (D155x W85x H120mm) which means I can't buy a different ATX psu that will fit.

My question is this: Should I buy a microATX mobo and psu so that they will fit, buy a standard ATX psu a find another place to locate it in the case or swallow my pride and buy a new case and psu.

The specs I'm going for is as follows.
AMD Phenom X6.
Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H.
Corsair Hydro H50.
G.Skill Ripjaw 4Gb.
OCZ Vertex 2E 60Gb 2.5" SSD.
Seagate Barracuda Green 2Tb HDD.
Samsung SH-B123L/BSBP Blu-ray drive.

Thanks for any advice.
