Finally chose my spec... any problems?

I saw a similar spec just now on the forums and it looked good so i made a change or two to it for my needs.

Could anyone cast an expert eye over it before i press that BUY button :D

Yeah i have both of those.

I know the case isn't the sexiest but it's the cheapest one with a 430W PSU. If you can recommend a case + PSU thats near the same price i'll change mine... just to make you happy :p

Yeh like ben said change it to a antec 300 and a corsair 450w

Ditch the guarenteed to overclock Q6600 and just get the standard one as they are all more or less the same and will hit 3Ghz anyway. You don't need PC2 8500 ram for a Q6600. It's overkill. A decent kit of PC2 6400 such as the Gskill kits will be enough.

I didn't even notice it was a guaranteed 3ghz bs.

they aren't more or less the same, they are the same. change it for a normal one and buy a cooler with the difference (arctic freezer 7 pro is fine unless you want lots of volts)
 
I chose that processor for the 1333FSB rather then the £6 cheaper one which is 1066FSB. I know currently is may not make a huge difference if any, but should i Overclock my RAM, i'll beable to keep it at 1:1.

I've probably got my facts wrong so as a business man i'll take 234FSB at £6 :p

All ordered now so no more negatives on the build else i'll go nuts :p

LOL there both the same cpu, only difference is it will be running 1333fsb when its overclocked

A misleading discription im sure Yewen/Gibbo should know about :)
 
you just paid £6 more for the same chip.

all the guaranteed thing is the ability to send it back if it doesn't reach 3ghz... which they all will anyway.
