well, i've just finished my latest website... it was my first play with xhtml & css :)

http://www.prowlerinternational.com

let me know what you think?

i started with some basic concepts from csszengarden and used the lonely flower design as a template, i still built it from scratch so i could learn as much as possible but used it as a sturdy guideline :)

i still have one outstanding problem which has completely stumped me... look how the positioning of the main flash animation changes in IE & Firefox :( any help on this would be greatly GREATLY appreciated, it has me completely foxed...

Seen as no one else has posted yet, i'll put my 2p in.

I think its excellent! Very nicely done.

Although it seems on pages where your copyright notice is above the bottom of your navigation.. the faux columns pop 1px out of line (underneath the copyright notice). Thats in FF @ 1280x1024.

Also, i think the gallery is cool, but why the little iframe/scroller thingy? :)

looks wise very nice, however I think you could have made it slightly wider. Its not a big problem but like the home page for example theres a lot of text on there and due to its width your forcing your customers into a lot of scroling down the page, almost to the stage where they think it goes on forever :)

apart from that its a spot on website.

One other thing not regarding the website but the pdf document.
I havn't tested it but are the photos in the pdf high enough quality for printing off ? Plus might be worth adding a link to adobe acrobat reader just in case your customers try and view the pdf and don't know what it is.

A little Off topic

anotherF: think it might be a good idea to remove the url in your sig as if a mod sees it there going to give you a good back hander ;)

Nice site, a little thin but a great design, just thought i'd let you know although there are the css and xhtml validation, you appear to have errors in both forms.

:)

looks like a slight problem in FF, few pixels out.
Looks fine in Opera.
Title "Welcome to the new Prowler Site" is missing in IE.

Looks good though, like the design! :)

cheers peeps... these problems that people are mentioning... i am aware of them an would appreciate any help sorting them so i can declare the site as truly finished?
