Final thoughts before i buy all this?im going to use my current ernemax 375w to power this, it should be ok.

All looks good although the PSU is unlikely to be up to much overclocking(if any), you may also need converters for the PSU-motherboard and also for the graphics card but that should come with the graphics card.

yeah i have the option to get a sparkle 600w psu would that be better?as i will be overclocking.

Sparkle/FSP (same thing) would be better, not that there is anything intrinsically wrong with the Enermax, just that it is a little bit underpowered for much overclocking.

Memory prices seemed to have dropped a little bit. I would strongly suggest 2gb if you can work it into the budget.
