Finally, how does this look. Clocking to 3GHZ 24/7

What would you change now that i have changed a few things, does it look all in sync with each other like one part isn't amazingly good for another if it is could you please point it out.
This machine will be for Gaming, Video Encoding, Watching DVDs etc.
ALSO with this Setup and the CPU E6300 is it being realistic saying could i run this at 3GHZ 24/7? or is that a bit to much to ask from that CPU?
