Finally, how does this look. Clocking to 3GHZ 24/7

After many things i have posted i think i have finally thought out what i am going to buy, thanks to you guys you have been very helpful, Thank You.

What would you change now that i have changed a few things, does it look all in sync with each other like one part isn't amazingly good for another if it is could you please point it out.

This machine will be for Gaming, Video Encoding, Watching DVDs etc.

ALSO with this Setup and the CPU E6300 is it being realistic saying could i run this at 3GHZ 24/7? or is that a bit to much to ask from that CPU?

EDIT: Oh no! It is out of stock. :o

whatever you get, I would definitely recommend getting the aftermarket cooler. It's far quieter and it will do a superior job.
 
Oh good good, now you guys just gave me another choice now should i get the E6300 or the E6400 lol

Is their any other differences between the two apart from the Stock speed. to start of with?

They are both identical apart from their stock speeds, they both have the same amount of cache :)
