On pre 2004 cars I think so yes, so the OP should be fine. The later cars don't have the wiring in place so it's a bit more of a job so I've not bothered with mine, I didn't really use it that much anyway.

Pretty common now. A lot of the prices on PH and autotrader are unrealistic. Just got a 2004 with 57k and a few less options than tommo for £9.9k so there are definitely some bargains about.

Can get them cheaper if you dont want the satnav or the Carver speaker system. Ive only had the screen because it looks awesome and I can get an Ipod interface on the screen when I get the connection fitted. The speakers sound great by the way, better than the Harmon Kardon thats in the e46's IMO.

Sounds like you got a really good deal, congrats. I would love to upgrade my MX5 to one of these at some point as I could do with a bit of extra poke!
Remember to have the top down as often as possible, basically when ever it isn't raining! Although we didn't have the greatest summer this year I definitely had the top down more often than not and it completes any proper convertible. Can you operate the roof while moving?

im pretty sure i read that to start the operation you need to be stopped but can drive off while it works its extremely quick magic. don't worry, ive had the roof down all the time. the heated seats are immense!
think its classed as burslem cemetery, on hanley road in sneyd green.
