Finally, My New Z4!

Tommo, leave the traction control ON in the winter please please please! ;)

Traction/Stability control has saved my bacon a couple of times.

ha i'll be the **** with the roof down in the cold :p followed by an imola red 325 convertible.

it most definitely will be staying on!

forgot to mention, i was up nantwich tuesday night with a friend , parked up on the high street with lots of other cars. went in a bar had a glass of coke. come out and started to pull off. smash! major Wtf moment as i get out to check what happened. some arse had wedged a bottle of vk blue undermy rear wheel :( luckily the tyre was fine!

Is the power much different in this iteration of the 3.0 to the 06? I take it it was still the lightest hedgehog in production or whatnot? Only thing I'm not keen on is the amber lighty bits. Oh and I want sport seats! (I know you can't/difficult or whatnot)

Ninja: Oh, also lovely car!

cannock chase awaits on sunday :)
im pretty sure i read that to start the operation you need to be stopped but can drive off while it works its extremely quick magic. don't worry, ive had the roof down all the time. the heated seats are immense!

Champion! :D

Which one, would be interested in the details of what you buy and how to fit?

Im going to go for the intravee kit. Think its around 140. there is a YouTube video showing it working against the rival interface called dice. just have a search with the words intravee dice and bmw and it should show up. on my phone now so can't find it.
you also need to buy an alpine adapter (which i have luckily from last car)

You do lose the 6cd changer though

edit- it can be installed where the changer is now. theres a thread with pictures of install on z4 forum somewhere. will find it after work if you can't.
